Hi Guys,
We own a website called http://wwwuplus55.com.au. This website is active, however we are looking at a fresh new design and need to know whether you are able to make our site look as visually classy, exciting and inviting using http://www.visitgoldcoast.com/things-to-do as a working template.
Uplus55 offers everything the Gold Coast in Australia has to offer the over 55's. Therefore we want imagery representative of the lifestyle and area. This is the Gold Coast in Australia,QLD 4215. We need an active demo URL so we can engage with a number of stakeholders and show them the concept please include this.
You have to use the Wordpress Avada template. I am trying to demonstrate to my client how much impact this site would have if it looked more inviting and engaging. We really need the WOW factor, above all else we want extremely high quality slideshow visuals on the homepage which captivate the viewer. However just as importantly the site needs to be functional and easy to navigate with clean clear lines.
Once the design has been approved then we would be looking at an entire website build and all of our current information from Uplus55 moved over to the Avada template using the same URL.
Please incorporate the tagline life and leisure under our logo
1 Homepage - includes our 16 main categories already listed with the ability to add or delete - refer the boxes on our homepage but these are:

2 Blog Page - which currently is incorporated in to our homepage which we like but are open to suggestions.
3) Gold Category sponsor / how do we promote these key advertisers in a prominent position ideally from the homepage or on the homepage?
4) We need our Silver and Bronze Sponsors to be easily located ex the homepage
Please remember once chosen we need an entire website created and also possible daily update. We will discuss this at a later stage if successful and are open to suggestions, seeking guidance as you are the professional.
Our vision is to create a one stop shop for the over 50's, visually exciting, interesting and stimulating which will bring them constantly back to the site for more information.
Could you also include a drop down box asking for their First / Last name and email upon leaving the site? - The aim here is to capture a database in this demographic. I have no images or text, this is just a template, you are the expert so will leave with you.

Hi...since the mock-up site needs to carry your logo, will you be attaching the png version or should I just leave the space blank at the moment? Or may be create a tweaked replica myself and use it on the mock-up site? Is the red color of your logo sacrosanct? Thanks, regards, Vinita.

Hi Vinita, I do not have access to a PNG format. THe red is important but as we are looking at a revamp we are open to suggestion. CAn you do two one with the original and one with the new?
