I publish a new YouTube video every week and would like a dedicated designer who can turn around an eye-catching thumbnail within 24–48 hours of receiving my brief. My channel favors a minimalist, clean aesthetic, so I rely on negative space, limited but purposeful color, and clear hierarchy rather than heavy graphics. The goal is engage new audience and inform about the episode topics.

Each thumbnail needs two core elements: a concise text overlay that reads as informative and serious, and a well-cropped image of a person (often myself or a guest) that draws immediate attention on both desktop and mobile. If you work in Photoshop or another layered editor, that’s perfect—keeping your files organized so I can tweak wording later is important to me.

Deliverables for every video:
• 1280×720 JPG or PNG ready for upload
• Layered PSD (or equivalent) so I can edit text if needed
• Consistent font, color palette, and framing that match the channel’s current branding
