We have an Islamic video website that is supposed to be like Youtube and has gone years of neglect of not being updated. The website is www.islamictube.com We need the following done to the website; - A reconfiguration of the website - Redesign to make UI and UX much more simple and easy to navigate - Need a way to insert adverts into videos without editing the actual video - Need spaces on side of video page to load with adverts - Need a user platform where users can create accounts and easily upload videos. These then have to be approved before going live. These are the initial changes that need to be done and subsidiary tasks will need to be done after.

I am an individual looking to have a sign designed for a beach house I recently purchased. I am married, have three sons, and two grandchildren. The house is in Holden Beach, NC. The address is on Deal Drive on property that was once owned by the Deal family. The beach house name our family decided on is "No Big Deal". So, I would like to have a sign made for the house with the design also being used for stationary. The house is backs to a marsh and is very close to the beach. I would like the design to be somewhat whimsical - not too serious. As one of my son said - a sign that is dope. I suspect I will have a wooden sign made by a sign-making company that specializes in beach house signs and would use want to use the artwork for other things, like stationary or some type of picture on social media.
