Para muestra de ello, es que soy Ingeniero Geólogo, pero llevo mas de 15 años desenvolviéndome en el mundo Contable (como asistente), Administrativo (como Asisten de Gerencia para Constructoras Civil) y mis últimos cargos como; Técnico en Recursos Humanos y Encargada de Recursos Humanos. Entre las funciones a desempeñar estan: • Registro y gestión de tramites laborales (Licencias Médicas, Finiquitos y Caja de Compensación) • Registro de novedades de personal. • Notificar altas, bajas y/o modificaciones contractuales a la empresa de Payroll. • Administrar y gestionar los Recursos Humanos. a) responsable de la Ejecución, Control, mantención y actualización de los documentos de los trabajadores de oficina central según lo establecido en lo descrito en el proceso de Recursos Humanos, esto es; Contratos, Anexos de Contratos, solicitud, calculo y emisión de finiquitos y su legalización, analizar las operaciones contables y fiscales. b) supervisar operaciones de asesoramiento, negociación, reclamación y venta de productos y servicios. c) responsable de mantener actualizados los documentos del personal en cada obra o faena bajo la responsabilidad del supervisor, esto es; contratos al día con sus modificaciones, liquidaciones al día, control de documentos de prevención de riesgos, copia de imposiciones. d) proceso y mantención de documentos como, cartas de despido, autorización de descuento, convenio de préstamos, Autorización de Vacaciones. e) control y seguimiento planilla de cotizaciones de obras y empresas manteniendo actualizada esta información. f) responsable del proceso de Asignaciones Familiares, Licencias Médicas, Obtención de Cuentas Vistas para los trabajadores, Certificados laborales, Control de factura de almuerzo del personal y cobro de mismo al personal, ingreso/cese AFC. g) responsable del control a tarjetas o libros de asistencias, que estén marcadas y firmadas diariamente. h) apoyar los procesos completos de remuneraciones tanto de los tr • Informar, administrar y gestionar documentación en la Administración Pública. • Validación de las horas extraordinarias de los empleados, validación de las nóminas. • Propuesta de contratación de nuevo personal, selección y formación en su área de responsabilidad. • Poder disciplinario con respecto al departamento de administración. • Control de las facturas de entrada y salida correspondientes al departamento de administración. • Colaboración con las auditorias, facilitando toda la documentación relacionada al dpto. de RRHH. • Coordinar las tareas de contabilidad, tesorería, auditoría interna y análisis financiero. • Realizar y mantener negociaciones con las entidades financieras y otros proveedores. • Optimizar los recursos económicos y financieros necesarios para conseguir los objetivos planteados. weniger
