Keep a track of monthly performances for conducting reward ceremonies. Employee Engagement activities like B’day celebration, Satisfaction Survey, Annual Day, Team Outing, Sports Day, Festival celebrations and others activities and events as when as required. MIS reports. Exit formalities Processing and finalizing the exit operation for the employees. Issuing the relieving document and the experience documents after checking No Dues clearance and process the final settlement. Conducting exit interviews of candidates who are resigning. Trying to get constructive feedback for company and trying to implement the corrective measures for them. Grievance handling and issue warning/ disciplinary/ termination letters as required. Attendance and Leave records (monthly and daily) keeping a track of the attendance of the employees. Filing the leave forms and keeping a track of the leaves taken. Payroll Processing Dealing with advances, deduction, arrear calculations along with the Accounts Department. Prepare and maintain the pay slips of all employees. Handling payroll HRIS/Saral/SPINE software. Developing and ensuring adherence to the HR budget for smooth execution of day-to-day operations. Handling statutory compliances (contract labour, PF, ESIC, bonus etc). Administer all payroll changes for both current employees and new hires in the HRMS/SPINE system and ensure that all data is entered accurately and timely for the payroll cycles. Identification, plan and execution of training needs in consultation with HODs. Prepare training schedules and training calendar in line with training needs. Ensuring implementation of HR policies and strategies which for immediate and long-term staff requirements. Talent Acquisition / Recruitment & Selection Handling end to end recruitment for various positions of the company by visiting job portals like Naukri, Monster, Shine and Times jobs, candidate referrals, job posting, headhunting and company database also using Job Adverts, Employee's Referrals, and Social networking sites like LinkedIn and Facebook groups. Doing Job Posting and Mass mailing for various vacant positions of the company Qualifying and screening resumes under various skill sets and conducting preliminary telephonic interview. Getting the C.V's shortlisted & lining up and scheduling interview of the shortlisted candidates. Maintaining tracker for sourcing profiles, status of the candidates and other activities. Follow-ups with the candidates until selection and joining and also conducting reference check of the selected candidates.
