Für unser Zeichenbüro suchen wir langfristig einen weiteren Projektmanager, der als Schnittstelle zwischen unseren Zeichnern und den Kunden agieren kann. Grundlegende Kenntnisse in AutoCAD Architecture und Archicad nötig. Es geht um die selbstständige Bearbeitung kleinerer Projekte in den Bereichen Planaufbereitung, TGA, Brandschutz, ggf. Metallbau. Für die Erstellung der Zeichnungen beschäftigen wir Zeichner mit unterschiedlichen Spezialisierungen. Aufgabe des Projektmanagers ist die Qualitätskontrolle, Optimierung von Abläufen, Korrespondenz mit den Kunden, Koordination von Korrekturläufen mit den Zeichnern. Die Vergütung erfolgt als Fixbetrag pro Projekt.

Wir brauchen einen Ausführungsplan, mit Detaillösungen für ein bestehendes Projekt für ein Micro-Haus (Cabin). Das Gebäude ist ca. 2.50 x 2.50 m gross geplant.
