Set default country by user IP. I would prefer if they gave me the code and I installed it myself

BuddyPress has sunsetted this feature. I want users to be able to post blogs to their profiles (but not the larger website blog). Can you set this up? Do you know any alternative way? I need an exact solution or answer from a Buddypress expert who knows how users are capable of posting blogs to their profiles. Looking forward!
