This morning, both my sites were down. I could modify files in the file manager and then logged into WHM. But when I did a 'graceful restart' in WHM, it never restarted. I think it needs to be accessed through SSH . The settings for that are with my ISP provider Contabo page and I can provide access to that and WHM. When it is restarted successfully, I would need someone to troubleshoot the original issue causing the sites not to load. Thank you.
