Hallo, wir suchen jemand, der entweder unseren Mailserver anpasst. Er sendet zur Zeit nicht und auch sollte es möglich sein es mit Outlook zu öffnen, geht zur Zeit mit Thunderbird. Wenn dies nicht möglich ist, dann kann auch eine Mailserver Neuinstallation angeboten werden. Wir bitten nur um deutsche Kontakte und werden diese Angebote auch nur akzeptieren.

Erstellen eines Formulars für Microsoft Outlook 2013 ähnlich der angefügten Vorlage. Es würde genügen, eine grobe Vorlage als Entwurf zu erstellen mit der Möglichkeit, diese dann selbst zu modifizieren. - die Eingabefelder müssen teilweise variabel in der Größe sein, also sich dem einzugebenden Text anpassen. - das Formular muss druckbar sein. - ggf. könnte das Formular auch in einer anderen Software erstellt werden, um dann als Anhang versendet zu werden, falls dies vorteilhaft wäre. - optional sollte die Möglichkeit bestehen, Formularfelder aus externen Datenbanken zu übernehmen, z.B. Datum aus Kalender oder Kunde aus einer externen Datenbank (MS-Access oder SQL-Datenbank).

Hallo, wir haben von einer Designerin die Signatur als pdf erhalten (eine eps Datei kanne ebenfalls zu Verfügung gestellt werden). Nun muss diese in HTLM umgesetzt werden, so dass wir diese über Apple Mail benutzen können. Zudem soll der Empfänger die Email Signatur in allen gängigen Emailprogrammen unter Mac und Windows (Thunderbird, Mail, Outlook etc.) und auch in Outlook 2003 richtig angezeigt bekommen. Dass sich die Signatur auf dem Smartphone, egal welcher Herstellen, dann entsprechend verkleinert, sollte sich von selbst verstehen.
