Als Endpunkt tragen Sie einen HTTP-Proxy im Browser ein, der Tunnel selbst arbeitet über SMTP. Das heißt, die HTTP-Request verpacken Sie in E-Mails, ein von Ihnen kontrollierter Mailserver empfängt die Mails, entpackt den Request und sendet den an den HTTP-Server. Für die HTTP-Antworten verfahren Sie analog.
Es soll eine Schnittstelle vom WooCommerce zu einem Drittanbieter für ankommende Bestellungen eingerichtet werden. Derzeit gibt es leider keine API nach außen und die einzige Möglichkeit, die allerdings sehr zuverlässig läuft, ist es über einen IPsec-Tunnel direkt in eine MariaDB Datenbank zu schreiben. Die Datenbank steht bei dem Drittanbieter in der DMZ und dient als Datendrehscheibe. D.h. auch die schreiben diverse Daten, wie z.B. den Status einer Bestellung zurück, den man dann aus der Auftragstabelle lesen kann.
