A Thunderbird email client plug in is needed to interact with SuiteCRM(SugarCRM is a plus) in order to archive email. Other features will be needed later, but the first, main feature is to archive emails from Thunderbird into SuiteCRM. The budget is but a number, and might be flexible. What I am trying to replace is described here I want to build this functionality into a PHPStorm plugin so the suggestions are availabel without altering the classes in SugarCRM. The way I envision it is we get the data from SugarCRM in one of two ways. Either an API call that returns all the data we need to add the needed suggestions to code completion or we can read the file system and get the info that way. The second option might be tougher as there might be thousands of files to read. I know almost nothing about JetBrains plugins but I know everything about SugarCRM.

We have customized instance of SuiteCRM with some new scripts for automatization. The problem is that for some reason, when we modify the Case object, system also update it's value of date_created. That is not normal behaviour. Value of "date_created" field should be uneditable. As you can see on 1st screenshot, both Date Created and Date Modified have the same value. Then I modified exacty the same case and again both Date Created/Date Modified are the same. It shouldn't be like that, Date Created must stay the same all the time.
