I have video clip with the English orthography transcription.  It has two hundred words. It is spoken by a Japanese whose secondary language in English.  The transcription was further transcribed into International Phonetic Alphabet.  This transcription was done, as if the speaker's first language is English.  I need to change the IPA transcription to conform to the way the speaker is speaking to account for the Japanese accent.  Then, I need sources used to break down the consonants and vowels from Japanese phonetics. I need the sources to substantiate or understand the re-do how the first IPA transcription is wrong.
