I have a detailed surveying plan for a sloping site and now need it translated into a full set of draft-only house plans that meet current Australian Standards and my local council’s requirements. The concept is a modern, multi-level home that steps naturally with the terrain, using cut-and-fill where appropriate. Key spaces I want incorporated are a dedicated home office and a comfortable guest room, in addition to the usual living, kitchen and bedroom zones. Once the floor plans are resolved, I also need a 3D façade elevation so I can visualise street presence and confirm material choices before lodging to council. I have a rough hand-sketch of a raised, six-bedroom family home that now needs to become a fully documented set of plans for Gympie Regional Council approval. The look I want is unmistakably traditional rather than modern, echoing classic Queenslander proportions but adapted to today’s standards and to standard-grade building materials. Scope The design must retain every space in the sketch: six bedrooms, four bathrooms, separate lounge, dining and kitchen, a dedicated library, a mezzanine deck overlooking the main living zone, plus a 1.5 m wrap-around deck that steps out to a 4.5 m-deep main deck running the full width of the house.
