Key Requirements: - Comprehensive ecological assessment or statement as per Kingston Council's minimum requirements - Identification of ecological constraints and opportunities - Report to support planning application Ideal Skills and Experience: - Expertise in ecology and environmental assessments - Familiarity with Kingston Council's planning permission processes - Strong report writing skills - Relevant certifications in ecological surveying.
