Develop floor plans (sketch) of new home on around 750 square meter land, with the following considerations: - Saudi culture design, along with consideration of directions - 50 to 70% building area - 1st floor to have minimum the following: Living room/area, Men setting room, Women setting room, Dining room, Open kitchen, Dirty kitchen with storage area, Bathrooms (2 to 3) - 2nd floor are mainly for bedrooms including one master room with bathroom and dressing room.
