My rough Arduino-IDE sketch runs, but it needs clean, documented code and solid debugging so the three boards talk flawlessly. Key tasks include: • Writing/optimising firmware that reads IMU data over I²C (or SPI if cleaner), processes orientation, then updates the LCD in real time without flicker. • Adding power-saving routines and OTA update support for the ESP32. • Tracing and curing the intermittent reset bug I’m seeing when the screen backlight spikes. I have a handful of 3 D STEP models that I designed for my small shop. What I need now is clean, production-ready G-code that I can drop straight into Candle running on a Genmitsu 4040 Pro. The machine’s main job will be pocketing and contour milling aluminium blocks, so toolpaths must reflect realistic feeds, speeds, and step-downs for that material and machine size. If you prefer a different GRBL-compatible sender and can explain the advantages, I’m happy to try it—my goal is simply to run the parts reliably without tweaking every line myself. From this, I need a full digital workflow: first generate clear, shaded 3D views so I can confirm geometry, then build a highly detailed model and export it in STL format. Once the model is locked in, translate it into clean, collision-free G-code that will run on a large flatbed CNC router cutting wood.
