Realistic voice cloner for personal use. It should be created using open source repositories, or something that makes it free. I used ElevenLabs, but it didn't work pretty well for Spanish voices. Also,it was pretty expensive. You can use Tortoise TTS and RVC, for example. The process should be as much automated as possible, as I want to create several voices.

I have a 1 minute video of a person speaking and I want to create a web application where I can upload that or another video, an audio and the audio will be replaced, making it look correctly with lip sync. I am attaching some Github repositories that might be useful: (this is the one I tried, but it is extremely slow and I didn't like the final result. Also, 1 minute of video takes 10 minutes to generate). (this one they say is the best, but I haven't tried it). I want to use open source or free tools. Remember to include in your proposal the monthly cost of the server to host everything and how long it would take to generate each video (this is VERY important, it has to be fast or, failing that, allow the creation of several videos simultaneously).
