Location: Remote Timeline: Flexible/Non-urgent Project Overview: I am looking for a Biomedical Engineer or Industrial Designer with experience in Orthotics & Prosthetics (O&P) to design a custom Cervical-Thoracic Orthosis (CTO) for long-term use. The patient currently wears a rigid commercial brace (Optec CTO) to manage chronic spinal instability and pain. While functional, it is bulky, non-breathable, and aesthetically poor. My goal is to create a Design for Additive Manufacturing (DfAM) version that is: Anatomically Fitted: Based on 3D scans of my torso/neck.
