Assist Head of management in managing day-to-day business operations, making appointments, maintaining calendar, accommodating itineraries, running business and personal errands; manages written and verbal communications; arranges for activities and services; maintains information in a confidential manner; possess high attention to detail and organization. Manages employee relations, customer service and general business tasks. Works independently; meets deadline time-frames; maintains a poised attitude under pressure with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities in a deadline driven environment. A short-notice, short-term, requirement, in Doha, Qatar, for a period of around 20 working days. The Consultant would need to be available from appointment (around 9 Feb 23) until 8 Mar 23. Applications and interview later this week (2/3 Feb) and early next week (6/7 Feb). Consultant required in country for the period.
