I need an architect to help me design 5 residential floor plans. I will need the professional plans for each part of the build to give to my contractor. I have a general idea of all 5 sketched out on paper but I would like to work with a professional who can make reccomendations to optimize the floor plans for highest appeal. This might be with a different freelancer so feel free to bid the above even if you can't do the following but I will also want 3D visualizations of the floor plans and the ability to "walk through" them on my website. My timeline is urgent.

Just include a map of the college showing the general elements such as contour lines and the variation in elevations within the land plot. Why does it appear like that? And how will it affect the project? Describe the topographic nature of the land — for example, whether valleys pass through it, and so on. Just make a specific study for the project site area. For example, if you talk about a point in the analysis, such as landscaping: if there are almost no landscaped areas, mention that they are nearly non-existent, and as a result they could be added during the design stage, and explain how this would affect the project.
