I have Acelle Mail v4.2.0 installed and a cluster of 20 VPS servers already running Postal as the SMTP backbone. In total, 300 sending domains are ready to rotate. What I need now is the layer that ties everything together—a custom domain-management module built into (or cleanly integrated with) Acelle that will let me run large-scale, cold-email campaigns safely and predictably. Key elements I expect from this module • Warm-up scheduler, blacklist monitoring, and domain-rotation management are all mandatory features. • The warm-up scheduler should work in a hybrid fashion: the system proposes an automatic ramp-up plan based on my predefined rules, I approve or adjust, and only then does it execute. • Blacklist monitoring must track spam complaints, bounce rates...

My site’s contact page loads fine, yet none of the messages ever reach me. The form should forward each submission to a specific email address that sits on a different domain from the website, but right now nothing arrives—no copies, no spam folder entries, nothing. I need someone to trace the break-point, correct it, and prove that messages get through reliably. Whether the issue lies in PHP mail(), an SMTP mis-configuration, DNS or SPF / DKIM records, I’m open to the fix you recommend so long as it does not require moving the mailbox. Our Sendmail server has been relaying mail through Office 365 for years without a hiccup, but as of today every outbound message fails with the log entry “stat=User unknown.” Nothing on the system was recently patched or reconfigured, so I need a Sendmail-and-Exchange-Online specialist to step in, trace the fault, and restore normal delivery. Key areas that will probably require inspection include the local / settings, SMTP relay authentication, our Office 365 connector, TLS handshake parameters, any IP or domain blocks, DNS records and, of course, the mail logs on both sides.
