We don't know anything about the subject. 1) We already have a Wechat account on our cell phone. Our cell phone number is not Chinese. Surely the next job will be to create 2 more Wechat accounts for testing. 2) You must explain to us (In writing) in a very simple way, the procedure to access or register in the portal where the API is configured. 3) It should help us create access to that portal to be able to do tests with our Wechat.
