When we run the “Update Empty Space List” Macros in the DB, it causes the errors in the attached files. I want a check out form that can be filled out like a log. Everytime someone enters and submits a form it would go into a report to be viewed by an admin. This report would be active and can view what's all checked out. Back to the form if you return an item, it would remove from the report showing the item is no longer checked out.
