Detailed Home Renovation Sketches

By hand, draw sketches showing the changes that the client has requested, including: Convert the existing alfresco area into an additional bedroom or study; and Construct a slab to the east of the meals area and build a pergola on the slab Your sketches must include: A floor plan view An elevation view A sectional view Three-dimensional views Scenario: Refer to the MBA Residential Project Plans for this task. Your client has agreed that the simple sketches that you produced for them in the Project Assessment: Create Simple Sketches and Drawings accurately show the additions and alterations that they would like to the project plans, including: Convert the existing alfresco area into an additional bedroom or study, and Construct a slab to the east of the meals area and build a pergola on the slab. Now that you have the client's approval, you will prepare more detailed drawings for the client where your drawings are to scale, drawn with the use of a ruler (or similar) and include notations and labelling. Please Note: Drawings may be completed using paper and a ruler or may be completed using a Computer Aided Design (CAD) program.
