I’m finalising the production floor of a new chip-and-wafer manufacturing facility and need an extra pair of expert hands right away. The immediate goal is to refine the space planning in CAD, then generate convincing 3D visuals so stakeholders can sign off on the layout. Scope • Translate my rough sketches and existing drawings into clean 2D CAD files, concentrating on the production floor only. • Optimise the positioning of assembly line and testing machines, worker stations and dedicated storage areas while respecting aisle widths, safety clearances and future expansion zones. • Produce high-quality renderings that clearly show equipment placement, operator flow and overall spatial feel. Deliverables 1. Updated DWG (or compatible) floor plan with layers organised for machinery, stations and storage. 2. Minimum three high-resolution still renderings from key viewpoints (bird’s-eye, operator level and material-flow path). Acceptance Criteria • All machinery footprints and service zones match the specifications I will supply. • Worker stations remain within safe reach of both assembly and testing equipment. • Renderings accurately reflect ceiling heights, lighting levels and surface finishes noted in the CAD file. Speed matters: once we agree on the brief, I’d like the first draft CAD plan within 24 hours and final renders no later than three days after approval. If you’re comfortable working in AutoCAD, Revit, SolidWorks, SketchUp, 3ds Max or similar and can jump in immediately, let’s get started.
