Indoor Golf Practice Net Engineering

We are building a premium, aluminium-based indoor golf practice net under a growing sports brand. We are looking for a Product Engineer / CAD Designer to work closely with us from concept to factory-ready files. Scope of Work • Create 2D CAD drawings (DXF) for manufacturing • Create 3D models (STEP/IGES) of aluminium frame & connectors • Design tube geometry, joints, tolerances • Assist in material selection & load safety • Prepare exploded views & assembly drawings • Support iteration for foldable / knock-down versions Product Details • Aluminium frame (6061 or equivalent) • Stand-inside golf net (10 ft × 8 ft × 10 ft) • Premium, clean, modular design • For home, academy & indoor range use Who We’re Looking For • Mechanical / Product Engineer OR strong CAD specialist • Experience with aluminium structures, sports equipment, furniture, or enclosures • Proficient in SolidWorks / Fusion 360 / Inventor • Understands manufacturing constraints (China / Pakistan preferred) • Can think beyond drawings, into real-world use Deliverables • DXF + STEP files • Assembly & setup drawings • BOM with tube lengths & materials • Revision-friendly design system Engagement • Paid project (with possibility of long-term work) • Direct collaboration with founder • Opportunity to design multiple products under the same brand Apply with: • Portfolio or past CAD work • Software you use • Relevant product experience • Availability & expected fee
