Modern 2D Kitchen Layout

I’m renovating my kitchen and need a clear, accurate 2-dimensional drawing that focuses on the overall layout. The final plan should show precise wall lengths, appliance and cabinet positions, doorway widths, and circulation space so that contractors can quote and schedule confidently. Style: sleek, modern lines with efficient workflow zones (prep, cook, clean). While I only need the layout plan at this stage, please keep standard plumbing and electrical clearances in mind so the design can transition smoothly into detailed service drawings later. Deliverable: a scaled PDF (and the editable source file—AutoCAD, Revit, or similar) ready for print at A3, including a simple legend and north arrow.
