Permit Ready Plumbing Plan

35' × 50' 3-bed, 2-bath floor plan is already sketched in 2D, complete with my own red-line notes. What I still need is a clean, professionally presented plumbing layout that satisfies permit approval requirements. Scope of work • Trace or import my current 2D drawing and layer in all plumbing lines, vents, and clean-outs. • Give the highest level of detail to the bathrooms, kitchen, and utility rooms. • Show the custom shower and double-sink vanity exactly where noted, with correct supply and drain locations. • Label pipe sizes, slopes, and fixture counts clearly enough for a plan reviewer to follow without guesswork. • Deliver a PDF and the editable CAD file (DWG or similar) so future revisions are simple. Acceptance criteria 1. Every plumbing fixture on the plan aligns with code-compliant trap, vent, and supply lines. 2. Bathroom, kitchen, and utility room layouts match my annotated sketch. 3. Custom shower and double-sink vanity are called out in a legend or schedule. 4. Drawing sheets are formatted for standard architectural print sizes and include a title block ready for my permit packet. I can share the marked-up drawing as soon as we start; the sooner the permit set is ready, the better.
