I have the current site plan for a commercial property in digital format and need it brought fully into line with the latest Phoenix city code. The main items that must change are: • reflecting a recent zoning change on the drawing and in the notes • revising the parking layout so stall counts, dimensions, drive aisles, ADA spaces, and landscape islands all meet city requirements You will start with my CAD/PDF file, adjust the sheet to satisfy the zoning tables, setbacks, and parking ratios, and return a plan that is ready for city submittal. Please include both the editable CAD file (DWG) and a flattened PDF sized for 24"×36". A brief code-compliance checklist confirming each change has been addressed will serve as the acceptance criteria. If you have recent experience with Phoenix Planning & Development standards, especially Section 702 (Parking) and the relevant zoning district tables, this should be a straightforward assignment.
