2D Real Estate Floor Plan Renderer Needed

Job Title: 2D Floor Plan & Master Layout Renderer (Real Estate Marketing) Job Description: We are looking for a skilled 2D Architectural Visualizer / Floor Plan Renderer to create marketing-ready 2D floor plans and master layouts for real-estate projects. The work involves transforming CAD drawings or basic layouts into clean, visually appealing, branded graphics suitable for brochures, hoardings, websites, social media, and presentations. This role focuses on clarity, aesthetics, and buyer-friendly communication, not construction drawings. Key Responsibilities: Convert DWG / PDF / sketch floor plans into high-quality 2D rendered visuals Create colored, furnished, and well-zoned floor plans for marketing use Design master layouts / site plans with clear hierarchy (towers, amenities, roads, green areas, circulation) Apply branding elements (color palette, fonts, legends, icons, scale bars) Ensure layouts are easy to understand for non-technical buyers Prepare files optimized for print (brochures, hoardings) and digital use Make revisions based on feedback from the design/marketing team Required Skills & Experience: Proven experience in 2D architectural rendering for real estate marketing Strong command of tools such as: AutoCAD / DraftSight (for base drawings) Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop (essential) InDesign (preferred, not mandatory) Good sense of composition, hierarchy, color, and typography Ability to balance accuracy with visual appeal Understanding of real-estate marketing requirements Deliverables: High-resolution 2D rendered floor plans Master/site layout plans with legends and annotations Editable source files (AI / PSD / DWG) Print-ready and web-ready outputs Project Type: Freelance / Contract (with potential for long-term collaboration) To Apply, Please Share: Portfolio showcasing 2D floor plans or master layouts done for marketing Tools/software you use Turnaround time per plan Commercial pricing (per plan or per project)
