I have a stack of handwritten sketches that show individual members and assemblies for both conventional mild-steel structures and pre-engineered building components. I need each sketch translated into a clean, accurate AutoCAD drawing that a fabricator can pick up without second-guessing dimensions or details. Scope • Work directly from my scans: scale them properly, add all missing linear and angular dimensions, and lay everything out on standard size sheets. • Follow general drafting conventions—title block, clear layer naming, legible text height, and line-type hierarchy. No special code requirements beyond that. • Include detailed annotations and notes wherever a joint, weld, or fixing method is indicated on the original sketch. • Allow for a round of minor revisions so we can catch typos or update a dimension if the design shifts slightly. Deliverables • DWG files in a current AutoCAD format (2018 or later preferred) • Matching print-ready PDFs for quick review and sign-off Acceptance will be based on dimensional accuracy, completeness of notes, tidy layer management, and the ability to open the file in AutoCAD without missing fonts or external references.
