SITE DETAILS Total subdivision area: 8,178 m² Access is via a 15 m wide corridor from Marine Street Corridor total length: 111.4 m 37.4 m from Marine Street to the “opening” 74 m internal section (92 m total depth minus 18 m rear lot depth) ROAD / CORRIDOR REQUIREMENTS Corridor width: 15 m Corridor length: 111.4 m Include a turning head at the end (preferably a T‑head / hammerhead) LOT LAYOUT REQUIREMENTS WESTERN SIDE (river‑facing side of corridor) Create 5 lots, each with: Frontage: 18.4 m Depth: 36.3 m Approx area: ~668 m² each These lots run the full 92 m length on the western side. EASTERN SIDE (right‑hand side of corridor) 1. Two rear lots (at the end of the corridor): Frontage: 18.4 m Depth: 36.3 m Approx area: ~668 m² each 2. One wide, shallow lot near Marine Street: Frontage: approx 40 m Depth: approx 20 m Approx area: ~800 m² This lot sits between Marine Street and the two 18.4 m lots. OUTPUT REQUIRED A clean PDF and PNG/JPG showing: Lot boundaries Lot numbers Frontages and depths Approximate areas Corridor (15 m wide) Turning head at the end North arrow Scale bar Title: “Concept Subdivision – 24 Marine Street, Devonport TAS 7310” This is not a legal survey — just a concept layout for discussion with a Tasmanian surveyor.
