make 3d Animation

hey animators, I just wanted to ask about the time it will take to deliver a project (in hours), it's a 3d animation project, about 12-15 minutes, and it will contain some people dealing with engineering equipment in an engineering site, there will be smoke simulations needed, also fluid simulations, also will need some animations for equipment getting dismantled, and so on, so again the question is..how many hours will it take to fully deliver this project? here are some examples for more visualization
