hello, i have wide experience on VFFS, 3 seals pillow or stable bottom, i work with HMI and PLC from "amaiamendoza . com", they have already solutions for that kind of machines with temperature control, speed of web, time of sealing and evrything this kind of machine needs, BTW you mentioned 50 bag/minute, but forget include volume of your bags, is not the same machine for 100gr bags, 1000gr bags or 10000gr bags, let me know if you need more help...
