I have already sketched and dimensioned a prototype of a generic air-wipe with ChatGPT’s help; now I need a professional CAD model so I can move on to real-world testing. The finished part must sit in the medium size range (somewhere between 10 cm and 50 cm overall length) and, above all, be engineered for durability—wall thicknesses, fillets, and internal airflow passages should all be thought through with long-term service in mind. The only file I absolutely need back is a print-ready STL, checked for manifold errors and scaled correctly, although if you prefer to work in STEP or IGES first that’s fine as long as the final hand-off includes the STL.
