I am building an indoor lifting system that needs its own custom hydraulic valve. The unit must modulate acceleration, controlled slowing, and positive stopping in both lifting and lowering directions, yet remain entirely manual in operation—no electronics or remote triggers involved. Key design parameters • Pressure range: 10 – 60 bar • Flow range: 20 – 100 L / min • Body material: aluminum (for weight and corrosion resistance) I am looking for a complete engineering package that covers hydraulic sizing, spool geometry, spring rates, flow-control metering notches, and seal selection so the finished valve behaves smoothly through the whole stroke. A 3-D CAD model and fully toleranced manufacturing drawings are essential, backed by calculations or simulation data that show the design meets the stated pressure and flow limits with an adequate safety factor for an indoor environment.
