I’m ready to turn my 25-acre parcel into a single-family home neighborhood and need a detailed subdivision layout produced directly in CAD (DWG or compatible). An existing canal borders the entire south edge and part of the east; I want to cut additional canals so that every lot—minimum 12,000 sq ft—has direct water frontage. Your plan should maximise the lot count without sacrificing sensible road circulation, utility corridors, and drainage. Please place streets, sidewalks, and any necessary easements so they work naturally with the canal network, then show approximate building pads on each lot.
