Tiny Home Blueprint Creation for RV Park

Hello! So I need some help creating/drawing up some floor plans or blueprints for an RV park model (Less than 400Sq/ft). This tiny home will be built on site within the mobile home park by me and any subcontractors that I will need to complete it (so think DIY, but I want the result to look and feel like an actual tiny home that came from the manufacturer). That said, the home will be initially built on a chassis but then offloaded onto a foundation already having water, sewer, and power hookups. I'm looking for a structural engineer who can help me come up with some blueprints that will satisfy ANSI A119.5 requirements so the unit can be legally placed in an RV park, as well as have it certified later with a third party. I will rely on you to translate those aims into code-compliant framing, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and life-safety details. What I will need in the end would be the following NEED: • Scaled floor plan, elevations, and sections • Structural specifications and load calculations tied to ANSI A119.5 • Full MEP layouts with fixture and appliance callouts EXTRA: (I would pay extra for these as well, depending on the cost) • Door, window, and material schedules • Bill of materials and brief construction notes for builders • A short compliance summary highlighting where each code clause is addressed Below are pictures of the exterior look I'm going for, as well as an example of the floor plan/layout I plan to use.
