Create 3d models for chocolate products

Job Description:
Hello,
We are chocolate manufacturing business, we produce artisan chocolates with different shapes, colors and fillings. We would like to define two 3d models for each type of chocolate we produce: one with the full shape, and another with the chocolate cut in half to show the filling. We need the chocolate pieces to look as realistic as possible, the pieces shells are shiny but at the same time we don't want them to look cartoonish.
Additionally, we would like to design two 3rd models for the packaging boxes which we use to package the chocolate. They're almost identical but have different sizes. Sample pictures of boxes are also attached.

Few Notes:
1- Sometimes our half-cut candy pictures show imprefect filling with gaps and don't look layered correctly. However, we would like them to look perfectly consistent with the cut. See the pictures here as example of how the fillings should look like:

THIS IS AN EXAMPLE, USE OUR ACTUAL CANDY PHOTOS IN THE ATTACHMENTS FOR REFERENCE. This example is only to show how the candy model should look like
2- We have 16 pieces of candies that need to be modeled. I attached picture of each candy and also attached an extra set of photos showing the shapes in different angles to help you visualize how the model will look in 3rd.
For the boxes. They will be rendered as empty boxes (with tray inside but no candies), with top cover open. See example here [login to view URL] (notice the box cover being below the box itself, again THIS IS AN EXAMPLE, you should use our box picture. RMINDER: this example renders chocolate in the box. However, our boxes need to be empty )
Lastly: the models will be rendered on Web browsers (using WebGL), the preferred file format for such rendering is gLTF 2.0. So they need to be exported to this format (in addition to the original native format of the app you use: maya, blender,3ds,..etc).
