Industrial 4,000 ft² Plans & Elevations

I’m developing a 4,000 sq ft commercial building that will use a steel frame with a standing-seam metal roof and an overall industrial aesthetic. The space has two clear purposes: a customer-facing retail showroom at the front and a warehouse area toward the rear. What I need from you is a concise drawing package that lets my engineer, builder, and permitting office see exactly how the space is laid out and how it will look from the outside. Please be sure the floor plan includes: • Storage rooms • Restrooms • A flexible gallery / display zone that flows naturally from the retail area Deliverables • Fully dimensioned floor plan in PDF and editable CAD (DWG or DXF) • Four exterior elevations reflecting the industrial style, with notes on cladding, metal roofing profile, and key heights • A simple 3D view or two for visual reference (SketchUp, Revit, or similar is fine) Acceptance criteria • Drawings must be scaled, clearly labeled, and suitable for preliminary permit review. • Structural grid and column spacing consistent with typical light-gauge steel construction. • All specified spaces present and logically arranged for retail-to-warehouse flow.
