Residential New Construction Design & Blueprints

I’m starting a ground-up residential build and need a skilled architect / draftsman to turn my ideas into a full set of construction-ready drawings. The job covers complete design and planning of the house as well as detailed blueprints that my builder and local authorities can rely on. Here’s what I’m aiming for: • Concept development through to final floor plans, elevations, sections and roof layout • Code-compliant drawings ready for permitting in my jurisdiction • Coordinated structural information and schedules (doors, windows, finishes) so the contractor has everything in one place I already have a rough wishlist and site details; you’ll refine the layout, optimize space, and translate it into precise CAD drawings (AutoCAD or Revit preferred). Timely communication and the ability to adapt the design based on feedback are important. Please include samples of previous residential new-construction work and let me know your typical turnaround for each design phase, from initial concept to final signed-off set.
