Structural Fabrication Design for Pitched Tile Roof (BMI Monier Elabana)

Project Overview: I am looking for a structural designer to provide a fabrication-ready drawing package for a terrace roof covering. The structure will be supported by existing RCC columns and must be designed for BMI Monier Elabana Concrete Tiles (approx. 41kg/m²). Technical Specifications (Mandatory): Roof Type: Multi-sloped / Multi-hipped. Preferred Pitch: 22 Degrees (for aesthetics and monsoon drainage). Columns: 6" x 6" SHS (Square Hollow Section). Trusses: 2.5" x 5" RHS (Rectangular Hollow Section). Rafters: 2" x 4" RHS. Battens/Purlins: 1" x 1" SHS (Critical: Spacing must be exactly as per Monier technical specs, approx. 330mm–345mm C/C). Required Deliverables (The Package): General Arrangement (GA) Drawings: Plan, Elevations, and Sections showing clear center-to-center dimensions for all columns and rafters. Batten Layout Plan: A precise mapping of the 1"x1" battens to ensure the concrete tiles lock perfectly. Hatch & OTS Framing: Detailed structural framing for a 2ft x 4ft (600x1200mm) Hydraulic Access Hatch and a separate OTS (Open-to-Sky) terracotta/glass section. Connection Layout: Basic shop-drawing level details showing how members meet (Miter cuts, overlap, and base plate positioning on RCC columns). Material Summary Table: A simplified table listing total linear meters of each steel section and total count of Main Tiles, Ridges, and Hips. Contractor Requirements: Must provide a 3D wireframe or 3D model for geometry confirmation before finalizing 2D drawings. Experience with pitched roof systems and heavy tile loads is essential. Ability to work from PDF/Image architectural plans (no CAD file provided). Budget & Timeline: Budget: ₹12,500 (Fixed). Timeline: 3–5 Days for first draft.
