Hello, I'm a 3D sculptor specialized in 3D printing. I've studied the atrached photo and firstly I would like to say that I hope the person is ok. About the project, I can 3D model the arm with all the necessary details using the photos, then 3D print it using either resin or filament. I suggest filament for easier, faster, and cheaper printing while also allowing for postprocessing. A 1:1 arm can take about 20 hours or less.
