Modern Exterior 3D Facade Renders

I have full architectural drawings for our new home and now need to see the exterior in vivid detail. The job is to turn those plans into photorealistic 3D renders that concentrate exclusively on the façade, expressed in a clean, modern style. The key goal is to visualise how different colour and material choices will change the look and feel of the front elevation. After modelling the exterior from my PDFs / DWGs, please prepare several high-resolution images that showcase at least three contrasting colour schemes. Feel free to mix modern finishes—think crisp white render, charcoal cladding, muted timber accents, or any contemporary palette you feel works—with balanced lighting so I can make an informed decision. Deliverables • Detailed 3D model of the house exterior (facade only) • Minimum three colour/material variations, each rendered from two eye-level angles • Final stills in both web-ready (JPEG/PNG) and print-ready resolutions I will supply the 2D plans as soon as we start. Source files from your preferred tool (SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, Blender—your choice) are required so I can commission further views later if needed. Fast communication and a quick first draft will be appreciated so we can iterate on colours efficiently.
