ASP .NET Website Error need to be fixed

I have a website that runs on windows hosting and the system is ASP.NET.

Recently I got an error:

Server Error in '/' Application.

Required permissions cannot be acquired.

I need someone who is expert, join my teamviewr and fix this issue for me.
