Conversion of Web Content Management System conversion from Delphi to .NET - first module only

We have a existing Microsoft client server application with a few dozen modules and many years of development. The framework is classic ASP and the main modules are DELPHI 5 deployed as ActiveX with ADO to the back end SQL Server database. We have converted some modules to .NET, though require assistance to fast track the rest, either as [login to view URL] and keep the ActiveX OCX, or C#.NET as a rewrite. Either was some features with need to be rewritten. We plan a full conversion to [login to view URL] or C#.NET based on overall time and cost, though this is for the first module only. We hope the conversion to [login to view URL] would be more or less automated with some manual re-writes, though if conversion to C# is achievable without doubling the price, this would be considered. We require full source code for in-house review and support, though would hope there is ongoing involvement by the successful developer. Please reply with your skills and what you can bring to this project, based on your previous achievements. Project details will be provided after a short list of developers is considered. Fixed price or hourly rate to be agreed after project details provided. This project is for the first module only to estimate overall conversion costs. Fixed price preferred, though hourly rate may be required until scope is known by both parties. Then the rest of the conversion is planned.
