I am a licensed attorney in Texas, practicing before state court as well as the Northern District of Texas in the federal courts. I am diligent, trustworthy, and pay close attention to detail. I always hold my clients needs and interests in the highest regard. While I am creative and can think outside of the box, I am a well grounded researcher and commentator. My current practice consists mainly of Labor & Employment law and Criminal Defense. Prior to completing law school, I spent over 11 years working in the American Labor Movement and am experienced in all aspects of Collective Bargaining.
I also hold a Bachelor of Arts Degree in African American and African Studies from Temple University, as well as a Master of Arts Degree in African-American and African Studies from the Ohio State University. My Master's thesis was entitled: "A Historiography of Pan-Africanism and its Relationship to the Emigrationist Movement, From 1827-1908". I received my Juris Doctrate degree from Texas A & M School of Law (formerly Texas Wesleyan).
