Acymailing Template adjustment

Hello,

I am setting up an Acymailing Template using the YooRecipe Content Tag plugin. My issue is that I can seem to get the correct style set for the Read More buttons. All the css looks great in a browswer but there are some adjustments not reading in Microsoft Outlook.

I need:

1. these looking right and for you to tell me what I did wrong.

2. I also need the images to link to their article.

3. Finally, you will notice that the images link to recipes, but the recipes themselves are for subscribers so technically user should login before seeing the recipe - unless already logged in.

I need this complete in the next hr or two
