Creation and customization of the video photo album

I am looking for someone who would create video family photo albums for members of my on-line community. That someone would need to have (already made) several appropriate video templates for family albums and the time to insert images and texts into it. So, the perfect candidate would already have several video templates that can be used for the creation of video family albums and the time to add images/caption texts into those albums for community members that order them. For starters we will need one album but there is a possibility to have much more in the future. Please quote your price for an average of 18 images / captions per album. I will provide the images and captions. You should be able to deliver the video in High Resolution as they will be displayed on computer monitors as well as LCD/Plasma TV's.
