AWS web service consulting - EC2 automation using CLI

We require details of how we can automate certain tasks upon launching AWS EC2 instance. Please note that we have our private AWS AMI setup that has all the programs that we require and we intend to launch this AMI using appropriate instance ([login to view URL], [login to view URL], [login to view URL]) etc. We request information in terms of documentation from you that explains how we can achieve following using AWS CLI and associated commands that allows completion of such task. 1) Launch instance -- We would like to launch instance using our private AMI and appropriate types of instances available throw AWS infrastructure. We are aware of types of instances and availability zones - [login to view URL] 2) Download files from S3 bucket --Once instance is running, we'd like to transfer files from 1 S3 or more S3 buckets located within the same account credentials. Downloaded files will need to be stored in appropriate file structure that we'd like. 3) Run installed program -- Upon successful download of the required files, we'd like to run our first program that does preliminary project setup tasks for us. This is an EXE file that contains certain macros. Simply run it and it will do its thing untill it is finished. 4) Run installed program from command line -- Once step 3 EXE has finished running, this is when we are ready to proceed using our main program which accepts command line argument. In order for us to be able to work with this program's command line arguments, we'd have to change CMD location to the installation directory where program has been installed. --While this program is processing, command line becomes unavailable. Once it has finished processing, command line becomes available and user can continue with the next set of commands. 5) Upload results back to specified S3 Bucket --Upon sucessful processing, upload results back to S3 bucket. --Compress a folder using win rar or winzip into parts of 2GB and upload onto S3 bucket. 6) Terminate instance.
